Two versions of Options Analyser™ are available:

Options Analyser™ (Access Edition) – a multi-user application supporting multiple portfolios with complex assessment criteria.

  • Number of options, projects and / or scenarios only limited by the maximum database size of 2GB.
  • Create your own assessments or use standard assessment frameworks.
    • Including Value for Money, Strategic Options, Project & Programmes.
    • The number of assessment dimensions and factors is only limited only by the maximum database size.
  • Enables comprehensive analysis for each assessment factor.
    • Simple scoring, Guided Scoring, Stakeholder Scoring and Factor Scorecards
  • Up to 16 concurrent users with full record sharing and locking.
  • Comprehensive reports editor.
  • Requires Microsoft® Access 2010.

Options Analyser ™ (Excel Edition) – a compact and portable application for single users and small workgroups.

  • Number of options, projects and / or scenarios limited to 64 per Excel workbook.
  • Create your own assessments or use standard assessment frameworks.
    • Supports up to six assessment dimensions and up to 30 factors per dimension.
    • Including Value for Money, Strategic Options, Project & Programmes.
  • Enables comprehensive analysis for each assessment factor.
    • Simple scoring, Guided Scoring, Stakeholder Scoring (excludes Factor Scorecards)
  • Share and collaborate using Share Workbook or using Excel Web Services.
    • Save and send workbooks using email or publish read-only workbooks and reports to the web.
  • A wide range of customisable reports.
  • Comprehensive analysis support for each assessment factor.
  • Requires Microsoft® Excel 2010, 2013, 2016.
