Research
Proving Services was formed in 2002 by Business Practitioners from Cranfield University School of Management. The original Proving Methodology was based on leading research into Benefits Management. This has been extended by Proving Services to include a study of the environmental, cultural and strategic issues that can impact on an organisation’s activities and ultimate benefits realisation. The research is manifest in defined Assessment Processes and associated Factor Scorecards.
In 2008, Proving Services was commissioned by the Cabinet Office to undertake a review of Best Practice Portfolio Management within the Public and Private Sectors. The document is entitled: Benchmarking Reliable Delivery – Assessing the impact of, and metrics for, Portfolio Management, Controls and Governance
A copy of the research paper can be obtained upon request from Proving Services
